This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the overall digital marketing strategy to drive business growth, optimize online experiences, and improve marketing performance. The Senior Director will oversee website management, SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and conversion optimization while leading a high-performing team. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. The position is ideal for a data-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and can scale marketing operations to drive measurable impact across the organization. Candidates will influence both marketing strategy and operational excellence to fuel revenue growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development, optimization, and performance of digital channels, including the website, SEO, and marketing automation platforms
  • Drive strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings (including AI/LLM applications), and optimize conversion rates
  • Build and maintain marketing analytics infrastructure, developing dashboards and KPIs to measure performance and inform strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including demand generation, product marketing, content, sales, and RevOps to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Implement A/B testing, personalization, and continuous optimization across web pages, campaigns, and marketing workflows
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a global marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management, SEO, marketing automation, analytics/reporting, with 8+ years in leadership roles in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and SEO technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams
  • Preferred: MBA, experience in global marketing initiatives, familiarity with Agile/DevOps workflows, advanced SEO tactics, and martech integration

  • Competitive base salary: $170,000–$240,000/year, plus discretionary bonus (approx. 20% of base salary)
