Senior Digital Designer (Remote - US)

In this role, you will lead the creation of visually compelling digital campaigns that drive engagement and business impact across web, email, paid media, and social platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, brand, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure design consistency, accessibility, and innovation. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior designers, influence creative strategy, and contribute to high-performing, data-informed campaigns. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging insights and design best practices to deliver engaging experiences. Accountabilities

·        Lead the design and development of 360° digital campaign assets across web, email, paid media, and social.

·        Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering skill development and high performance.

·        Strategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and redesign creative collateral.

·        Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) and industry best practices.

·        Use performance data to inform creative decisions and optimize digital assets.

·        Manage workflows to increase efficiency and maintain high-quality execution.

·        Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

·        Own the end-to-end creative review process from concept through delivery.

Requirements

·        5+ years of relevant design experience, with a portfolio showcasing digital campaigns.

·        2+ years of people management experience with the ability to coach and develop talent.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

·        Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects), motion and AI-driven design tools, and 3D software.

·        Proficiency with modern collaborative tools such as Figma.

·        Deep knowledge of responsive web design, UX/UI best practices, and digital production processes.

·        Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·        Experience collaborating across marketing, brand, and e-commerce teams.

·        Bonus: Motion graphics, video creation, animation experience, HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with global brand scaling and localization, and familiarity with the beauty or skincare industry.
