Senior DevOps Engineer I

We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer I in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to design and build next-generation cloud platforms that support scalable SaaS products. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and high availability of production and CI/CD environments while driving automation and operational excellence. Working closely with development teams, you will implement DevOps best practices, improve deployment pipelines, and contribute to a culture of efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The position is highly technical, hands-on, and impactful, providing the chance to influence cloud architecture and delivery practices across multiple product portfolios.

• Accountabilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud platforms to ensure consistency, reliability, and security across environments.
• Develop, enhance, and manage CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
• Drive automation to eliminate manual operational work and improve deployment efficiency.
• Advocate and implement DevOps and DevSecOps practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with software and DevOps teams to ensure quality standards and operational best practices.
• Utilize observability tools and infrastructure monitoring to maintain system reliability.
• Requirements:
• BS/MS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in SaaS cloud operations and software development.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, including compute, networking, databases, security, and observability.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Serverless Framework).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, or Chef.
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring and observability tools (NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Jaeger).
• Strong understanding of secure SDLC, DevSecOps practices, and scalable cloud application architectures.
