You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor production environments, and drive automation across the stack. Your work will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, security, and software delivery speed. This role requires technical excellence, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure for cloud-based solutions.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments using infrastructure-as-code principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt and refine DevOps best practices.
  • Contribute to the design and enforcement of security policies and operational standards.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and repeatability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE) and internal architecture.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Coralogix, or logz.io.
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies, including Docker, CRI, Kubeadm, and Minikube.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, or Terragrunt.
  • Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Solid understanding of security principles, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $150,000 - $190,000 USD per year (final offer based on experience, skills, and location).
  • Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) with flexible vacation management.
  • Special gifts for birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Fully remote role with EST working hours.
  • Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, supportive environment.
