The Senior Demand Generation Manager owns the strategy and execution of scalable, high-performing demand generation programs that drive consistent pipeline growth. This role focuses on generating high-quality top-of-funnel demand, improving conversion across the funnel, and ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
You will take a data-first approach to optimizing performance, continuously refining targeting, messaging, channel mix, and lead scoring to improve both lead quality and funnel efficiency. With a strong test-and-learn mindset, you’ll rapidly launch, measure, and iterate on digital-first, multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and lifecycle channels.
As a senior individual contributor, you’ll leverage AI and automation to enhance campaign development, audience targeting, personalization, and performance analysis—unlocking faster execution, greater scale, and smarter decision-making.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Product Marketing to align on pipeline goals, lead quality, and go-to-market execution, playing a critical role in shaping how demand is generated, measured, and optimized across the business.
Own demand generation strategy aligned to company growth and pipeline goals
Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, web, content syndication, etc.)
Translate growth targets into scalable, measurable programs
Drive pipeline metrics including MLs, MQLs, AQLs conversion rates, and revenue contribution
Define KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, routing, and conversion
Own lifecycle strategy, including lead nurturing, segmentation, and engagement programs
Optimize messaging, timing, and channel mix to increase conversion across the funnel
Align lifecycle efforts with campaign and sales motions
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-performing campaign assets
Translate campaign strategy into content requirements and messaging frameworks
Use performance insights to inform ongoing content optimization
Design and scale AI-powered marketing workflows—including custom agents—to improve campaign execution, optimization, and performance. Apply AI across paid acquisition (including search), personalization, and content generation to enhance targeting, bidding, segmentation, and creative output.
Lead the development of advanced, AI-informed growth strategies (including GEO and audience expansion), while continuously testing and operationalizing emerging tools to increase speed, efficiency, and impact. Identify and implement opportunities to automate marketing processes across campaign development, experimentation, and reporting.
Act as a builder and internal leader in AI adoption—embedding AI into day-to-day marketing operations, elevating team capabilities, and translating new technologies into scalable systems that drive measurable pipeline growth.
Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency
Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track campaign and pipeline performance
Continuously test and iterate on channels, messaging, and offers
Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content to align on strategy and execution
Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams without direct authority
5–8+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through digital campaigns
Strong experience with lifecycle marketing and funnel optimization
Deep understanding of demand generation channels (paid media, email, web, automation)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and performance optimization skills
Experience working closely with Sales and RevOps to drive funnel efficiency
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (content, segmentation, analytics, automation)
Experience testing and implementing new technologies or growth tactics
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning multiple programs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Location: This role is primarily remote (US-based), with occasional travel for team collaboration, training, or company events.
