We are entering a hyper-growth phase and are looking for a world-class Senior Demand Generation leader to join as our founding IC for Demand Generation Marketing. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage a large agency from a distance; this is for a "player-coach" who can architect the strategy, write the copy, host the salon dinner, and personally build the engine that takes us from $10M to $100M+ ARR.
Your mission is to build and own the "Outbound Engine" that opens doors at Fortune 2000 enterprises. You will establish Ema as the "must-have" solution for CXOs by orchestrating a high-touch, multi-channel strategy that blends field marketing, digital lead gen, scout programs, and executive-level outreach.
Own the Pipeline: Take full accountability for qualified sales pipeline. You will be the "Chief of Staff" to our AE and BDR teams, ensuring every campaign is a revenue-generating machine.
Fortune 2000 Playbook: Design and execute the "door-opener" strategy for the world's largest companies. This includes 1:1 ABM, high-end direct mail, and bespoke digital experiences.
Field Marketing: Lead our premier field marketing efforts. You will manage our executive "Salon Dinners" and marquee conference presence, ensuring we are in the room with VPs and CXOs.
Orchestrate the "Blitz": Align LinkedIn Ads, BDR outbound, and leadership push into unified 4-week "account blitzes" that saturate our target accounts with Ema’s value prop.
Scale the Scout Program: Formalize and manage our network of industry "Scouts" (former CXOs and consultants) to drive warm introductions into top-tier accounts.
AI-Powered Execution: Use Agentic AI (and Ema herself) to automate the unscalable. We expect you to leverage "vibe coding" and LLMs to create 10x the output of a traditional marketing team.
The Startup Scaler Profile: You have lived the $10M to $100M+ journey. You’ve seen what a high-growth machine looks like and you’re ready to build it again from scratch.
Revenue DNA: You don't talk about "leads" or "brand awareness." You talk about ACV, Pipeline Velocity, and Closed-Won deals.
Enterprise Outbound Expertise: You understand the complex buying committee of a Fortune 500 company. You know how to reach a CIO at a legacy bank or a VP of Ops at a global retailer.
Player-Coach Mentality: You are a senior leader who is still excited to get your hands dirty. You can build a HubSpot sequence and write compelling ad copy yourself.
SF Bay Area Residency: This role is based in San Francisco.
