  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with SaaS or Product-Led Growth environments, including familiarity with product activation and engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel) and tracking end-to-end user journeys.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to convey technical insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly autonomous environment.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Prior experience supporting 0-to-1 product launches.
  • Deep understanding of cohort, funnel, and engagement analysis in SaaS products.
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a focus on actionable outcomes.
  • Strong product sense and ability to align insights with customer needs and business goals.

  • Equity participation and potential for meaningful financial upside.
  • Flexible work arrangements and remote-friendly environment.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Retirement plan options including 401(k) with company match.
