Location:

While we are open to remote work across the contingent US, we are still in the process of establishing our company to support work in all states! We’ve recently made the shift from an in-office organization to a hybrid model and love the flexibility it allows our employees. We are set up to support employees who want to be fully remote, in-office only, and a mix of the two. Please note - we will not be supporting work based out of the following states: CA, MA, NY, NJ.

What You'll Do:

  • Collect and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.

  • Lead the analysis during the experimentation phase of new initiatives to determine viability and success of hypotheses.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights that address their questions and challenges.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through presentations and reports.

  • Partner with business stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business model, how to measure success, and help identify trends

What We're Looking For:

As we evaluate candidates across all roles, we look for folks who have a strong sense of ownership, great communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

  • 5-7 years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Hex, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 per year. The final salary amount will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, and insights gained throughout the interview process
