Senior Data Analyst - REMOTE

This role is crucial for providing strategic financial, business, and data analysis support to various enterprise programs and platforms. You will collaborate directly with program leads and project managers to ensure consistent financial oversight and support data-informed decision-making. Your analytical skills will help drive operational metrics and reporting, impacting meaningful initiatives within the organization. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to program health assessments and develop reporting dashboards that enhance visibility across project statuses and key performance indicators.

• Serve as a key financial analyst supporting enterprise programs and platforms, ensuring consistent financial oversight.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on financial reporting, forecasting cycles, and budgeting processes.
• Manage and track program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Conduct financial data analysis to evaluate budget variance and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Support operational metrics and reporting for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate status reporting and coordination across programs and financial stakeholders.
• Assist in ad hoc analyses and business case development for proposed initiatives.

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience OR Master's degree with 4 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 10 years of experience OR High school diploma with 12 years of experience in related fields.
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or financial management, preferably in regulated industries.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in cost forecasting and budget variance analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems like SAP or Oracle, and project management practices.
• PMP, PMI-PBA, or relevant certifications are a plus.
