Senior Data Analyst

Accountabilities:

Design and maintain scalable SQL-based data models, frameworks, and analytics infrastructure supporting enterprise-level reporting.
Develop and manage executive dashboards tracking global KPIs and key business performance metrics.
Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives, translating business needs into actionable insights and data solutions.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
Improve data governance, SQL standards, and overall data quality across analytics systems.
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making through data storytelling.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in analytics and reporting.
Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance reporting automation and analytical workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
Expert-level SQL skills, including complex querying, data modeling, and database optimization.
Strong experience building and maintaining enterprise-level dashboards and reporting systems.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for executive reporting.
Strong understanding of data structures, analytics frameworks, and performance metrics in digital environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
Experience working with large-scale datasets and fast-paced, data-driven environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
