One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will take ownership of the customer journey post-signup, focusing on the critical areas of onboarding, retention, and re-engagement. As the company continues to grow, you’ll be responsible for developing a comprehensive customer communications strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment across marketing, product, and customer success. Your efforts will help reduce churn, enhance customer satisfaction, and accelerate the time to value. This is a highly collaborative position that requires both creative and data-driven strategies to ensure the best customer experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing initiatives from onboarding to retention, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Develop and execute a holistic customer communications strategy that aligns with the Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and accelerate the customer onboarding process.
  • Create high-quality, data-backed reports in collaboration with Customer Success to track and optimize customer engagement and success.
  • Champion impactful messaging across touchpoints, ensuring clarity, tone, and alignment with the brand.
  • Build and manage marketing automation in HubSpot, including email campaigns, in-app popups, webinars, and more.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing or Product Marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
  • Proven experience creating and executing customer journeys with a blend of creativity and data-driven strategy.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on compelling copy and effective storytelling.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms for building and deploying multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience partnering across teams to align on customer experience and messaging.
  • Experience marketing to non-technical audiences at scale.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
