This role is responsible for shaping and elevating the creative expression of the brand across all channels while leading a multidisciplinary creative team. You will drive innovative visual storytelling, ensuring consistency and resonance across marketing, product, and external communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into bold creative strategies. You will inspire and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and creative producers while overseeing projects from concept to execution. 路 Define and execute the creative vision and strategy to elevate brand expression across owned, paid, and integrated channels.
路 Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and creative project managers to deliver high-quality, innovative creative work.
路 Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and operational efficiency.
路 Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure on-brand execution of creative initiatives.
路 Collaborate with product design teams to maintain cohesive brand experiences across marketing and product surfaces.
路 Stay informed on audience insights, market trends, competitor activity, and brand opportunities to guide creative decision-making.
路 Participate in hands-on design work, creating key deliverables and directional mockups for critical projects.
Requirements
路 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, ideally in brand design or creative direction within a startup or high-growth environment.
路 Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, high-impact creative work across multiple channels.
路 Proven ability to translate business objectives and brand strategy into compelling creative concepts.
路 Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams, providing mentorship, and fostering collaboration and creativity.
路 Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with emerging creative tools, including AI-driven solutions.
路 Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating strategy and creative concepts to stakeholders.
路 Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adapt to fast-changing timelines.
路 Hands-on approach and willingness to actively contribute to design and creative execution when needed.
