We partner with visionary companies, ranging from fast-growing startups to tech leaders like Google and Stripe, to turn bold ideas into products with the power to transform the world.</p><p>Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in North America.</p><h3>About the role</h3><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As the Senior Content Strategist at Fluxon, </span>you’ll lead our efforts to drive brand visibility and awareness, to position Fluxon as a leader in the industry. You’ll be an early member of our Growth team, which encompasses aspects of brand, marketing, and sales. In partnership with our Brand & Growth Manager and Brand Designer, you’ll be responsible for building and executing on Fluxon’s content strategy by:</p><ul><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Evaluating and optimizing content distribution channels </span>while experimenting with new formats and platforms to expand reach and uncover growth opportunities</li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintaining and evolving<strong> </strong></span>brand voice, tone and messaging ensuring consistency across all content touchpoints</li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creating and managing a content calendar across all channels </span>to ensure consistent, strategic communication with our target audience</li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leading content development efforts by partnering with internal stakeholders, thought leaders, and subject matter experts to both create and source impactful content</span></li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyzing content performance using key metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous optimization across channels</span></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’d love to hear from you if you have:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years of experience in content strategy or a related field in tech or development</span></li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">A proven track record of </span>developing compelling narratives across diverse channels and formats, including blogs, white papers, social media posts, infographics, video and audio</li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong project management skills, </span>with the ability to work autonomously, and handle multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously</li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions</span></li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</span></li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">In-depth knowledge of AI and software development technologies</span></li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience using AI tools to accelerate concept and content generation</span></li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in briefing and working with PR firms</span></li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to produce/create/edit simple video content</span></li><li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices</span></li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><p>Our salary range for this role is $90,000-$125,000, and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.</p><ul><li>Remote-first culture</li><li>Flexible time off policy</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance coverage</li><li>Profit sharing program</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Annual education and fitness allowances</li></ul>
