This role sits at the intersection of public health strategy, government consulting, and large-scale organizational transformation. You will support a federal-level client in shaping and executing high-impact initiatives that improve operations, stakeholder alignment, and program effectiveness. Working in a fast-paced, advisory-driven environment, you will collaborate directly with senior leaders to translate complex challenges into clear strategies, actionable deliverables, and executive-ready communications. The position requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems while driving cross-functional coordination. You will also contribute to program execution, change management, and performance tracking across key initiatives. This is a highly visible consulting role where your work directly influences public health transformation at scale.
Accountabilities:- Support federal clients in designing and executing strategy and transformation initiatives across public health programs and organizational functions.
- Develop executive-level deliverables such as presentations, one-pagers, strategic briefs, and communication materials for senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across diverse groups to ensure shared understanding and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to program management activities, including reporting, operational coordination, financial tracking, and resource planning.
- Analyze complex data and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations and high-level outputs.
- Prepare and support client meetings, workshops, and executive briefings, ensuring structured agendas and meaningful outcomes.
- Work within cross-functional teams to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and drive execution of transformation priorities.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, public sector advisory, or program management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into clear deliverables.
- Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic materials.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across complex, multi-group environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive requests effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- US citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance required.
