This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant — Enterprise Change & Transformation based in the United States.

This is a senior consulting role focused on helping organizations build the capabilities required to navigate continuous transformation.
You will lead complex Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams, shape transformation strategies, and guide clients through adoption at enterprise scale.
The role goes beyond one-time communications or training programs, emphasizing durable change capabilities such as Centers of Excellence, playbooks, and manager-led practices.
You will combine change expertise, data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to measure adoption and identify transformation risks.
As a trusted advisor, you will work directly with manager- and director-level stakeholders, translating ambiguous business challenges into actionable plans.
You will also mentor consultants, contribute to practice development, and help identify opportunities to expand client impact.
This is a remote consulting opportunity with approximately 25% client-site travel and significant autonomy across complex engagements.

Accountabilities
  • Lead strategic and tactical OCM activities across client engagements, including change strategies, readiness and impact assessments, communications, training materials, knowledge bases, and adoption plans.
  • Design and establish scalable client change capabilities, including Centers of Excellence, governance models, self-service playbooks, toolkits, templates, and role definitions.
  • Coach managers and business leaders to independently guide their teams through continuous and overlapping organizational changes.
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmaps and direct workstreams that translate business priorities into actionable change, adoption, and implementation plans.
  • Analyze how proposed changes affect people, processes, technology, culture, and business operations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders, understand their needs and concerns, build relationships, and address resistance throughout transformation programs.
  • Establish outcome-based measurement frameworks focused on behavioral adoption, productivity, business KPIs, and value realization rather than activity-based metrics.
  • Use data, stakeholder feedback, surveys, and analytics to identify adoption barriers, evaluate progress, and recommend adjustments to change strategies.
  • Develop business-case inputs, including cost/benefit, ROI, and TCO considerations, connecting transformation outcomes to broader commercial objectives.
  • Apply AI-enabled OCM tools for communications, sentiment analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change-impact analysis, while helping other practitioners adopt these technologies effectively.
  • Manage engagement workstreams or segments with limited oversight, including work planning, stakeholder communication, presentations, delivery, and day-to-day client relationships.
  • Formally coach and mentor Consultants and Associates on OCM methodologies, client delivery, and project expectations.
  • Support engagement economics by understanding billing rates, utilization, staffing, margins, and scope considerations.
  • Contribute to practice development through reusable frameworks, playbooks, case studies, research, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Identify follow-on opportunities within existing engagements and contribute to proposals and sales pursuits with limited guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recent, relevant experience in Organizational Change Management, enterprise transformation, or a closely related discipline, with experience leading and facilitating change initiatives.
  • Prosci certification and strong practical knowledge of Prosci's ADKAR framework, change management methodologies, readiness assessments, impact assessments, and adoption planning.
  • Proven experience delivering OCM initiatives independently or within larger transformation programs, including both smaller and enterprise-scale organizational changes.
  • Demonstrated ability to design sustainable change capabilities such as Centers of Excellence, self-service resources, manager-led practices, and scalable governance models.
  • Experience using data and analytics to measure adoption, behavioral change, productivity, and business outcomes beyond basic activity reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or digital OCM tools for communications, sentiment analysis, stakeholder mapping, or change-impact analysis, including the ability to train others in their use.
  • Strong project management, critical thinking, structured problem-solving, data analysis, and information-structuring skills.
  • Proven ability to own a workstream or engagement segment with limited supervision and make sound decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with experience building trust and serving as a credible advisor to manager- and director-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and the ability to explain complex change concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client operating models, industries, and strategic priorities and translate them into practical recommendations.
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentorship capabilities, with experience developing junior consultants or project team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project, along with enterprise AI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines within a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed, approximately 25%.

Benefits

  • $130,000–$185,000 annual On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and any applicable target bonus.
  • Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Paid company holidays.
  • Paid time off.
  • Paid parental and caregiver leave.
  • Opportunities for professional development, certifications, and continued learning.
  • Access to advanced technology and resources supporting consulting and innovation.
  • A collaborative and inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives, experiences, and ideas.
  • Opportunities to contribute to internal communities, practice development, and thought leadership.
  • Remote work environment with opportunities to work on complex enterprise transformation engagements.
