This role sits at the intersection of global HR compliance, contingent workforce governance, and regulatory risk management within a fast-paced, international organization. You will act as both a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, helping ensure compliance across contingent labor programs and broader HR policies. The position plays a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, improving compliance maturity, and supporting consistent application of labor regulations across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with HR, procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with global employment standards. The environment is highly cross-functional and dynamic, requiring strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage complex regulatory landscapes. Accountabilities:- Act as a subject matter expert on contingent labor compliance, including worker classification, co-employment risk, and global labor law alignment
- Partner with Contingent Labor, Strategic Sourcing, HR, Legal, and business teams to ensure compliant engagement of external workforce resources
- Conduct compliance risk assessments, research regulatory requirements, and recommend policy and process improvements
- Support audit preparation, respond to compliance inquiries, and assist with internal and external audit processes
- Oversee supplier and vendor compliance reviews, ensuring contractual and legal adherence for third-party workforce providers
- Support the design and continuous improvement of the global HR compliance framework and governance model
- Monitor evolving employment laws and regulatory changes across global regions and translate them into actionable guidance
- Maintain documentation, reporting structures, and control mechanisms to support transparency and compliance tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR, compliance, workforce governance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance, including classification rules and co-employment risks
- Experience working across global employment environments (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM preferred)
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with HR, Legal, Procurement, and business teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from analysis to execution
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday or similar HCM platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
