This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that client implementations meet the highest standards of HR and regulatory compliance within complex, multi-state employment environments. You will act as a key strategic advisor, bridging legal requirements with operational execution to support scalable and compliant workforce solutions for clients. Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to embed compliance into every stage of the client lifecycle. This position requires both deep technical HR expertise and strong leadership capability to guide cross-functional execution. You will help clients navigate evolving labor laws while enabling business growth and operational efficiency. The role is well-suited for a proactive professional who thrives at the intersection of compliance, strategy, and client service. It offers the opportunity to directly shape compliant, sustainable HR practices across diverse organizations.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, combined with at least 6+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in employment law and regulatory compliance. Candidates should also bring a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to guide teams and influence outcomes. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor regulations is essential, along with experience working with agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA. Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and client-facing environments is critical. Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Ready, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in complex, fast-moving environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with both internal teams and external clients are key.
