<p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Harbor</strong> is seeking a <strong>Senior Compensation Specialist</strong> to join our Talent Operations Team.&nbsp; As a Senior Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy, design, analysis and administration of Harbor’s global compensation programs, including base salary, bonus compensation and incentives, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about building a sophisticated and comprehensive HR infrastructure and Total Rewards program in a high growth entrepreneurial environment that feels like a start-up but at scale and with the stability of an established business.&nbsp; This is a remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the USA or Canada (EST and/or CST is highly preferred).</span></p><hr><h4><span data-contrast="auto">Responsibilities:</span></h4><ul><li><span data-contrast="auto">Manages compensation data, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Provides insights into pay structures, fixed and variable pay, allowances and overall compensation practices across different regions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Conducts detailed pay gap analyses to identify disparities in compensation based on various metrics, demographics and regions; presents recommendations to address any gaps.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">In collaboration with the Learning &amp; Development team, builds and maintains the job architecture to ensure a structured framework for organizing and defining jobs, responsibilities, skills, and career paths as well as associated compensation programs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Conducts market analysis, participates in salary surveys, and establishes salary structures using market data and internal benchmarks.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Builds, configures, maintains and utilizes compensation software (i.e. Payfactors)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Leads critical compensation processes, including salary reviews, adjustments and incentive calculations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Seeks continuous process enhancements and automation to improve organizational effectiveness.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensures compliance with global compensation regulations and reporting requirements.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Creates compensation and associated reports for audits, leadership team and business needs, as they arise.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Completes audits and reconciliations between various systems to ensure compensation data accuracy.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Assists with compensation and bonus calculations and allocations to provide monthly bonus accruals to finance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensures accuracy of compensation information within all systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborates with the global payroll team to ensure accurate and updated data&nbsp;</span> </li></ul><h4><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications:</span></h4><ul><li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">At least 5 years of hands-on compensation experience&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience building and maintaining a job architecture</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven knowledge and experience with global compensation policies and practices.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with HRIS systems and compensation modules/tools.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working in a fast paced, high growth, global organization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Professional Services experience desired.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be organized, detail oriented and able to handle and maintain confidential information.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to prioritize.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborative and client centric approach with all levels of the organization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Advanced MS Excel skills required including v-lookups, pivot tables, advanced formula development, graphs and charting, conditional formatting, data tables, etc.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Acts with integrity and flexibility.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li></ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span class="x_ContentPasted0">About Us:</span></strong></p><p><span class="x_ContentPasted0">Harbor is the preeminent provider of expert services across strategy, legal technology, operations, and intelligence.
