Pacvue has grown even faster than most high-tech companies in the market.  </li></ul>About the role: As a Compensation Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in providing global consultation and support across a wide range of Total Rewards and Compensation initiatives.  Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: <ul><li>Collaborating with the Director of Total Rewards to design, implement, and maintain a global job architecture and pay philosophy. </li><li>Advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters including salary structure development, job evaluations, and competitive pay recommendations. </li><li>Supporting the execution of annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, and other cyclical pay initiatives. </li><li>Ensuring adherence to wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and internal equity standards. </li><li>Administering and updating the company’s equity compensation plans in a timely and accurate manner. </li><li>Analyze compensation and related employee data that provide actionable insights for HR and business leadership. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that showcases the information, trends and insights </li><li>Managing compensation data within HR systems and partnering with HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and system optimization. </li><li>Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting related to compensation. </li><li>Participating in compensation and Total Rewards benchmarking surveys to inform and enhance Pacvue’s compensation strategy and practices. </li></ul> Skills & Qualifications: <ul><li>5+ Years related compensation experience including Sales Compensation; experience in payroll administration a plus </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced formulas). </li><li>Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP WorkforceNow, BambooHR, Culture Amp, Lattice) and compensation management tools. </li><li>Familiarity with equity plan administration </li><li>Experience with advising and supporting key stakeholders, providing them with data, data insights, and philosophy that align to internal comp practices and are relevant to the business </li></ul> Benefits: <ul><li>Unlimited Paid Time Off  </li><li>Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Life Insurance and Pet Insurance </li><li>401k with Employer Match </li><li>Take up to 2 Days of Paid Time Off to Volunteer with a 501c Organization </li><li>Paid Parental Leave </li></ul>The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
