Backed by nurse specialists and powerful analytics, we provide the data operators need to make informed clinical and operational decisions - driving efficiency, profitability, and better care outcomes.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We’re looking for a Senior Community Training Manager to execute and scale our customer-facing training programs. Reporting to the Head of Community Training, this role will manage the daily operations of our training initiatives, support the execution of the Inspiren Learning Center, and ensure consistent and effective education throughout the customer journey.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will be instrumental in delivering training content, maintaining educational standards, and supporting cross-functional teams in driving customer engagement and product adoption.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>What you’ll do&nbsp;</strong></span></p><h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Program Execution &amp; Daily Operations</strong></span></h4><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver and facilitate customer training across implementation, go-live, and ongoing education phases.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the development and maintenance of training plans and materials aligned with our training framework.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage scheduling, coordination, and delivery of live and asynchronous training sessions.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track participation, completion, and engagement metrics across training programs.</span></li></ul><h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Content Management &amp; Standardization</strong></span></h4><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with product updates, customer needs, and compliance standards.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in maintaining a library of pre-packaged training modules tailored to various customer segments and roles.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the upkeep and expansion of the Inspiren Learning Center and related knowledge assets.</span></li></ul><h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Customer Engagement &amp; Adoption</strong></span></h4><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with Implementation and Clinical Success teams to ensure training pathways are effectively executed.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and report on customer progress, proficiency, and training effectiveness.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide input for case studies and success stories that highlight effective product adoption.</span></li></ul><p><strong style="font-size: 10pt;">Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Clinical Success to ensure training materials reflect evolving messaging and product capabilities.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Relay customer feedback and usage patterns to inform product and training updates.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About you&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5 years in a training, customer onboarding, or implementation support role (preferably in healthcare or SaaS).</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience developing and delivering engaging training content.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with LMS tools, customer training platforms, and tracking KPIs.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in HIPAA-compliant environments.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of EHR systems (e.g., ALIS) or healthcare workflows.</span></li><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Instructional design or adult learning certification.</span></li></ul><p><strong>Details</strong></p><ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The annual salary for this role is $115,000-$130,000 + Equity &amp;
