This role offers a strategic opportunity for an experienced legal professional to operate at the center of a fast-growing global technology organization. You will be responsible for supporting complex commercial negotiations, enabling go-to-market initiatives, and advising cross-functional teams on a wide range of legal and business matters. Working closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams, you will help structure and accelerate deals while ensuring appropriate risk management. The position spans North America with additional global exposure across EMEA and APAC, requiring a strong understanding of international commercial environments. You will play a key role in scaling legal operations within a high-velocity SaaS and cloud-focused business. This is a highly collaborative, remote-friendly role designed for a proactive legal leader who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
Accountabilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, professional services agreements, data processing agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Support and lead legal guidance for channel partner programs, including MSP, VAR, distribution, and system integrator relationships.
- Advise sales and go-to-market teams on legal risks, structuring deals to align with business and compliance requirements.
- Provide legal support for product launches, strategic initiatives, and new offerings across global markets.
- Manage day-to-day legal requests in collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Support broader legal functions including corporate matters, compliance, risk assessments, data privacy reviews, and litigation-related issues when needed.
- Contribute to the development of scalable legal processes that support a high-growth, multi-regional organization.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.
- 8+ years of experience providing legal counsel in an international corporate or technology environment.
- Strong experience supporting SaaS businesses and commercial sales organizations.
- Proven background in channel partner programs and complex commercial negotiations.
- Experience working closely with sales teams in a technology-driven organization is required.
- Solid understanding of commercial contracting, go-to-market strategies, and risk management principles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global, and time-sensitive environment.
- Strong independence, adaptability, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
