About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Clinical Recruiter to support and scale hiring across the organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role with real ownership over requisitions, pipelines, and outcomes. You will be responsible for recruiting our Physician and Nurse Practitioner teams, partnering closely with hiring managers and helping to establish consistent, high-quality recruiting practices as the company grows.

This role is ideal for someone who is high-agency, comfortable juggling competing priorities, and motivated by building strong candidate pipelines rather than relying on inbound volume. Experience recruiting physicians and NPs in a telehealth environment is required.

Job Duties

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer on our Clinical team

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines

  • Develop and execute AI-enabled recruiting strategies to source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates

  • Conduct phone screens to assess role fit, motivation, and baseline technical or clinical qualifications

  • Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and clear communication with candidates and hiring teams

  • Coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and support hiring managers in making timely, data-informed decisions

  • Maintain a high bar for candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and follow-through

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time to fill, and sourcing effectiveness

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, templates, and workflows as hiring volume grows

  • Support employer branding efforts over time through thoughtful outreach, candidate messaging, and market feedback

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of experience recruiting physicians and nurse practitioners, preferably in telehealth environments

  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort building pipelines proactively rather than relying on inbound applicants

  • Excitement to leverage AI-driven tools to build a strong, nimble recruiting practice

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail

  • High level of self-discipline and accountability, with the ability to operate effectively in a low-structure environment

  • Clear, professional communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Comfort working through ambiguity and evolving hiring needs

  • Interest in helping build and refine recruiting processes as the company scales

Why Join Us?

  • You will play a key role in shaping how the company hires during a critical growth phase

  • You will have real ownership over roles and outcomes, not just coordination responsibilities

  • You will help establish recruiting foundations that support long-term, sustainable growth
