Accountabilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end clinical trial operations, ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical operations, data management, regulatory, safety, and vendors) to drive seamless execution of clinical programs
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to monitor and report on study progress
- Oversee study documentation, including protocols, CRFs, and Trial Master Files, ensuring completeness and audit readiness
- Monitor study performance metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain quality and efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and external partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual expectations
- Support budget planning, financial tracking, and reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and organizational initiatives to enhance clinical operations effectiveness
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to team development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 7 years of experience in clinical research, including a minimum of 3 years in clinical project management
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including multi-center drug and/or device studies
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Experience with clinical systems such as CTMS and electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) platforms
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; experience in vendor management is highly valued
- Ability to travel occasionally as required
