Fortune client partnerships. This role will also advise clients on account-specific goals, marketing strategies and retail execution.   </li><li>Fully remote</li><li>Salary: $85,000 - $95,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skills</li><li>Travel Requirements: 5 - 10% to attend client sales meetings and any major Industry shows and events at which assigned key accounts will be present  </li><li>At C.A. we’re not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to a us and grow their careers long-term. Fortune       <ul><li>Build relationships with account personnel including top management, internal sales / account management team, in-store team, accounting, marketing, operations, logistics, and trade management / support team</li><li>Advise clients on retailer and distributor-specific goals, marketing strategy and retail execution</li><li>Identifying new growth opportunities such as expanded product distribution or increased promotional activity  </li><li>Identifying new revenue opportunities via corporate bonus or pillar expansions</li><li>Meet or exceed client KPI’s. This includes but is not exclusive to goals related to sales, distribution, pricing, shelving placement, promotional volume, and promotional spend management. Establish regular communication with the clients and internal sales / account management teams that lead to strong working relationships. Takes a proactive approach to managing the client’s business that anticipates its needs and provides solutions.  </li><li>Coordinate efforts to develop and deliver sales presentations to clients and customers that highlight sales accomplishments and areas of opportunity. Incorporate the use of the syndicated data to outline business building ideas.  </li></ul>  What You Should Bring to the Table  <ul><li>5+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods or related industry experience  </li><li>Experience with natural distributors / distributor models (UNFI, KeHE, etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication & organization  </li><li>Demonstrate sales planning, forecasting and sales execution experience</li><li>Strong comfort level with reading, interpreting and presenting data – SPINS, Nielsen & IRI  </li><li>Aptitude to effectively interpret and use multiple information sources to develop customer-specific tactical plans and options</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with internal sales / account management teams and functional groups</li><li>Ability and confidence presenting to an executive audience, internally and externally</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li></ul> You Will Stand Out if You Have <ul><li>A Bachelor’s Degree  </li><li>Previous experience with syndicated data – SPINS, Nielsen & IRI   </li></ul>What We Offer <ul><li>PTO and Sick days</li><li>11 paid company holidays per year </li><li>1 Floating holiday</li><li>2 paid volunteer days per year </li><li>3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision </li><li>Monthly cell phone allowance </li><li>Paid company life insurance </li><li>401k with company match </li><li>Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day) </li><li>Work from home flexibility </li><li>Bonus eligible</li></ul>  Come As You Are C.A.
