The Sr. Client Manager is responsible for retaining PEO client relationships by demonstrating responsiveness and proactivity, itemizing deliverables, addressing issues, and ensuring consultant and executive leadership is apprised of activity. The Sr. Client Manager along with the Consultant and Executive Leadership will be primarily responsible for overall service delivery. They will organize and run client calls and audit and deliver performance reporting with additional commentary provided by the Consultant. They will also effectively communicate PEO Velocityâs value proposition and latest industry trends to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Internal and External Relationships and Communications
     New Client Implementations and Ongoing Changes/ Renewals
Client Meetings
Performance Reporting/ Actuarial Deliverables
Carrier Reporting

Education, Training and Experience:
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications,Â
professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles areÂ
eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based onÂ
your individual performance and/or the companyâs performance. We also offerÂ
eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits,Â
paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning andÂ
development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expensesÂ
