As a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will lead and manage high-impact transportation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to influence design strategy, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of regional operations. You will engage in both client-facing and internal project leadership, balancing technical expertise with strategic planning. · Lead mid-to-large-scale civil and transportation projects from planning and design through execution and closeout.
· Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and scope to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
· Develop and implement design strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
· Serve as the primary client contact, overseeing proposals, project communications, and relationship building.
· Mentor and provide clear direction to team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
· Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and municipal authorities to navigate complex approval processes.
· Maintain technical knowledge and proficiency in design software and industry best practices.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
· Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or eligibility to obtain licensure.
· 10+ years of experience in transportation design engineering and project management.
· Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and support business development efforts.
· Proficiency with MS Office; experience with MicroStation preferred.
· Familiarity with PennDOT or similar design standards is an advantage.
· Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
· Adaptable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
