This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Care Team Program Manager in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key operational partner to clinical leadership, translating strategic care priorities into structured, high-impact programs. You will lead end-to-end project management for critical care initiatives, coordinate resources across multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely execution aligned with clinical and business objectives. This position operates at the intersection of care strategy and operational excellence, giving you direct influence over project timelines, resource allocation, and collaboration across coaching, therapy, psychiatry, and hybrid clinic service lines. The environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative, providing space to innovate in care program delivery while supporting clinician engagement and patient outcomes. You will have the authority and responsibility to drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring that every program meets quality and operational goals.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for high-priority care initiatives, from scoping and planning through execution, launch, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across care projects, maintaining visibility on active and upcoming initiatives, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
  • Translate care priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with operational and business goals.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs proactively, escalating decisions when necessary to maintain program momentum.
  • Act as the clinical stakeholder and advisor on cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clinical considerations are integrated into projects led by Product, Ops, or Marketing.
  • Drive multidisciplinary collaboration across coaching, therapy, psychiatry, and clinic services, integrating consistent practices into daily care workflows.
  • Establish lightweight but effective project management frameworks, provide executive visibility into priorities and outcomes, and serve as the DRI for initiative delivery.
  • Oversee planning, scoping, and execution of key care programs, including utilization initiatives, multidisciplinary care integration, care quality enablement (e.g., AI tools), and clinician engagement efforts.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of senior program or operations management experience in healthcare, digital health, care operations, or similarly complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior care and operations leaders, influencing without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous, evolving care needs into structured operational processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, venture-backed environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience partnering with C-suite or VP-level clinical leaders as an operational thought partner.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus; clinical background is not required but the ability to quickly learn care settings is essential.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, performance- and potential-based compensation.
  • Stock options and equity participation.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus long-term disability and life insurance.
  • Flexible Spending Account and 401(k) plan.
  • Paid time off, parental leave, 12 company holidays, and holiday shutdown.
  • Health and wellness stipend, home office reimbursement, and professional development reimbursement.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-impact, mission-driven environment focused on pediatric and family mental health care.
