This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and enterprise systems, supporting the backbone of global financial operations within a fast-scaling, remote-first organization. You will act as a key bridge between Finance and Technology teams, ensuring that core financial systems are reliable, scalable, and optimized for efficiency. The position focuses heavily on NetSuite and connected financial platforms, with responsibility for maintaining system stability while also driving enhancements and automation. You will contribute directly to critical processes such as financial close, compliance readiness, and system integrations across multiple business units. This is a high-impact role where analytical thinking, technical depth, and finance expertise come together. Accountabilities:- Own the configuration, administration, and ongoing stability of NetSuite and integrated financial systems, ensuring reliable support for Finance and Accounting operations
- Manage and resolve a high volume of system support requests, particularly around month-end close and critical financial workflows
- Lead end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
- Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms in collaboration with engineering and data teams
- Identify and implement automation opportunities, leveraging AI tools to reduce manual processes and improve financial efficiency
- Support IPO readiness and audit requirements by optimizing financial systems, controls, and reporting structures
- Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable system solutions
- Contribute to system architecture evolution and mentor junior team members where applicable
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including administration, configuration, and system integrations
- Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite OneWorld environments
- Solid understanding of core finance and accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, close processes, revenue recognition, treasury, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations or major system enhancements in complex environments
- Strong Business Systems Analyst skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Experience managing high-volume support queues while delivering parallel project work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX or SOC audits
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
