This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst in the United States.

This role serves as a key quantitative and analytical authority within a large-scale enterprise modernization program focused on improving complex business and operational processes. You will transform raw data into meaningful, statistically sound insights that directly inform program strategy, investment decisions, and performance outcomes. Acting at the intersection of business analysis, process improvement, and advanced analytics, you will help define how success is measured across critical initiatives. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-moving, and data-driven, requiring strong autonomy and precision. You will partner closely with technical, operational, and program leadership teams to embed measurement frameworks into execution workflows. Your work will directly influence enterprise transformation efforts and enable evidence-based decision-making at scale.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead end-to-end analysis of business processes and outcomes, ensuring all insights are grounded in rigorous quantitative methods. You will design and maintain measurement frameworks that evaluate program performance and support strategic decision-making across enterprise initiatives. You will translate complex datasets into actionable metrics, dashboards, and executive-level insights that drive clarity and accountability.

  • Lead quantitative analysis of current and future-state business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Design and maintain statistically valid outcome measurement frameworks tied to program and organizational KPIs
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression, forecasting, hypothesis testing) to validate performance and assumptions
  • Develop dashboards and scorecards that provide real-time visibility into program outcomes and progress
  • Conduct root-cause and deep-dive analyses to support rapid, data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate metrics into Agile and program management workflows
  • Translate analytical findings into clear business narratives for leadership and stakeholders
  • Continuously improve data sources, methods, and measurement maturity across the program

Requirements

You bring strong experience in business process analysis combined with advanced quantitative and statistical capabilities. You are comfortable working in complex, large-scale environments and translating data into meaningful business outcomes. You have the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical insights in a clear and actionable way.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in business or process analysis, including senior-level ownership of quantitative analysis work
  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis and tools such as R, Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Hands-on, expert-level experience with Jira (reporting, configuration, metrics, Agile integration)
  • Proven ability to define and operationalize measurable business and performance metrics
  • Strong program/project management skills in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into executive insights
  • Experience in healthcare, EHR/EHRM systems, or government programs is highly valued
  • Familiarity with Agile (SAFe/Scrum) and Lean Portfolio Management practices is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and expertise
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)
  • Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility
  • Exposure to large-scale federal and enterprise transformation programs
  • Opportunities for professional growth in advanced analytics and program leadership
  • Collaborative, mission-driven work culture
  • Potential access to training and certification support (Agile, analytics tools, etc.)
  • Inclusive and equal opportunity workplace environment
