As an affiliate of Envoy Global, we combine innovation and legal expertise to support companies and foreign nationals across the U.S.We’re seeking a Senior Business Immigration Paralegal to manage high-volume labor certification cases within a fully remote environment. The Senior Business Immigration Paralegal will responsible for managing volume while prioritizing, handling more complex cases and identifying potential issues.  What you’ll do:<ul><li>Manage high-volume (NIV, PERM and IV) Business Immigration cases end-to-end</li><li>Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided.</li><li>Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters based on the analysis of case details, documents, and individual qualifications, as per strict deadlines for a range of NIV, PERM and IV applications (end to end) </li><li>Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner</li><li>Track case progress within Envoy Global Platform</li><li>Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager.</li><li>Handle client/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status for key accounts/clients, while providing excellent client service.</li><li>Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies.</li><li>Respond to client communication requests – either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.</li></ul> What you bring:<ul><li>5–6+ years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions  </li><li>Experience with drafting petitions for a range of NIV cases: H1B, L, TN, O-1 etc. and/or experience with drafting green card processes (I-140 and AOS), and end-to-end PERM applications preferred </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines</li><li>A genuine interest in US immigration, with a desire to treat clients & foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach </li><li>Experience handling large caseloads independently</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems</li><li>Experience in communicating directly with (HR staff) and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements, including work on key accounts/clients </li></ul> Why CIP PC: Fully remote work, supportive team culture, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.
