This role sits at the forefront of the sales organization and is responsible for driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. You will engage potential clients early in their journey, identifying needs and positioning tailored solutions that create real business impact. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will play a key role in building a strong and qualified pipeline for the sales team. The position requires curiosity, resilience, and strong communication skills to convert outreach into meaningful conversations. You will collaborate closely with sales executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. This is a highly visible role where performance directly contributes to revenue growth and organizational success.


Accountabilities:
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect needs and effectively communicate relevant product value propositions
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers to convert leads into sales-ready opportunities
  • Research target accounts and proactively uncover new business opportunities in the market
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate introductions between qualified prospects and senior sales executives
  • Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion outcomes

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or outbound sales roles
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or marketing environments is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in phone and email outreach
  • Demonstrated drive, persistence, and motivation to exceed targets in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to research prospects and translate insights into compelling outreach messaging
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Bonus: experience in startup environments and/or strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bonus: strong ambition to grow into advanced sales or revenue roles
