This role is a key driver of outbound pipeline generation within a fast-growing, relationship-focused sales organization. You will be responsible for engaging decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise accounts through high-volume, multi-channel outreach. Working closely with Account Executives, you will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities that directly impact revenue growth. The environment is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and sales excellence. You will also contribute to refining outreach strategies and supporting the development of junior team members.
Accountabilities:- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video to engage key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Manage and maintain a large pipeline of 150–200+ accounts, ensuring accurate CRM tracking and activity logging.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks such as MEDDICC, BANT, SPICED, or SPIN.
- Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives, ensuring clear context and seamless transition.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies tailored to personas, industries, and account segments.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align outreach with campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
- Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitive positioning to enhance conversations.
- Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness, prospect objections, and market insights.
- Support peer development by sharing best practices and contributing to team performance improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales or pipeline generation quotas.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
- Experience with sales qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC, BANT, SPICED, or SPIN.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft personalized, high-impact outreach.
- Comfortable managing a high-volume account load with strong prioritization skills.
- Experience with account-based prospecting and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Exposure to video messaging tools and multi-channel prospecting strategies is an advantage.
