This role is a high-impact, individual contributor sales position focused on driving revenue growth across a defined territory and strategic accounts within the healthcare technology space. You will be responsible for selling data-driven, SaaS-based solutions that help healthcare organizations improve outcomes, efficiency, and performance. Operating as both a strategic seller and subject matter expert, you will lead complex sales cycles, develop pipeline opportunities, and close high-value deals. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and maximize market penetration. You will also act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them leverage analytics and technology to improve care delivery. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where your work directly contributes to transforming healthcare systems.

Accountabilities
  • Own and execute full sales cycles for assigned healthcare technology solutions across a defined territory or strategic accounts.
  • Develop and implement territory sales strategies in collaboration with sales leadership to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the product suite, guiding lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity development activities.
  • Drive deal strategy, manage sales pipelines, and lead opportunities through to successful closure.
  • Apply deep understanding of healthcare data analytics, quality reporting, and business intelligence to position solutions effectively.
  • Act as a mentor and “player-coach” to support peers in improving prospecting and sales execution skills.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategy and positioning.
  • Participate in regular sales reviews, reporting pipeline performance, forecasting, and regional market insights.
  • Identify and engage key industry influencers, associations, and events to strengthen market presence and pipeline growth.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, confidentiality standards, and healthcare regulations including HIPAA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or subscription-based software solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience selling or integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, analytics, or value-based care environments is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft) and sales automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers across healthcare organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; clinical background is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $76,800 – $105,000 USD
  • Performance-based incentive compensation opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • 18+ days of paid time off plus additional leave benefits
  • Flexible work environment with inside sales structure
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing healthcare technology organization
  • Inclusive and mission-driven workplace culture focused on healthcare impact
