We do not conduct interviews via instant messaging.</p></div><h1>About the Role</h1><p>Tebra is seeking a Senior Product Business Analyst to advance our product analytics program and unlock smarter, faster decision-making across our platform teams. You’ll be the connective tissue between data and decision-making by translating complex product usage metrics into clear, actionable insights that shape roadmap strategy, feature adoption, and product innovation.</p><h1>Your Area of Focus</h1><ul><li>Define and evolve Tebra’s product performance metrics and reporting infrastructure to ensure visibility into active usage (DAU/MAU) and feature adoption.</li><li>Serve as a strategic business partner to Product and Engineering leadership by translating usage data into actionable insights that guide roadmap prioritization.</li><li>Deliver leadership-ready analyses and Tableau dashboards that influence decision-making and measure progress toward product goals.</li><li>Build and maintain scalable SQL models in Snowflake that power self-service analytics and trusted product reporting.</li><li>Establish unified reporting standards to create a consistent view of the user journey across Product, Engineering, and Finance.</li><li>Partner closely with cross-functional analysts in Customer Success, Growth, and Finance to draw insights connecting product usage to business metrics like retention, expansion, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Build and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary for the product analytics function to ensure data literacy across the organization.</li></ul><h1>Your Professional Qualifications</h1><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics within a SaaS environment.</li><li>Consultative leadership aligning and guiding product teams to optimize user flows, feature stickiness, and overall platform health.</li><li>Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to build automated analytics models that drive self-service insights at scale.</li><li>Experience handling PHI (Protected Health Information) and navigating the security requirements of highly regulated healthcare data environments.</li><li>Demonstrated success analyzing financial data, billing metrics, or revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows within a product context.</li><li>Strong ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured, solvable components for technical teams.</li></ul><p><br><strong><em>(For Recruiter use only)</em></strong><strong> #LI-SS1 #LI-Remote</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>We are dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent with competitive and fair compensation.
