  • At least 4 years of experience in bar preparation, legal education, academic support, coaching, teaching, tutoring, or a related educational environment.
  • Demonstrated success delivering webinars, presentations, workshops, or instructional programs to diverse audiences.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt learning strategies to individual student needs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Experience analyzing student performance data to support decision-making and improve educational outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while supporting learners across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or student management platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Experience developing curriculum, instructional materials, grader training programs, or educational resources is highly desirable.

  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, volunteer days, and personal leave.
  • Paid parental leave and employee assistance program.
