This role requires technical depth, problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.</span></p><h3>Professional Level</h3><p>The Senior Automation Tester aligns as an E3 (Engineer 3) at 9th Way Insignia. An Engineer 3 is an experienced engineer/architect who works independently on complex assignments, applies advanced problem-solving to develop durable technical solutions, and contributes to technical direction through strong engineering judgment, clear documentation, and mentorship.
