This role will support loan accounting, cash flow modeling, net present value (NPV) calculations, data reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of model inputs, outputs, and supporting documentation. In this position, you will also:</p><ul><li data-section-id="1aovj1k" data-start="634" data-end="768">Support allowance for loss calculations for pre-credit reform loans, debt reduction funds, PL-480, GSM, and related loan portfolios.</li><li data-section-id="x4pn5v" data-start="769" data-end="909">Download, validate, reconcile, and analyze loan receivable data from feeder systems, accounting systems, and other financial data sources.</li><li data-section-id="1wrcy7x" data-start="910" data-end="1054">Prepare and reconcile cash flow model input files and validate model outputs against the general ledger, source systems, and OMB CSC2 results.</li><li data-section-id="kfwtob" data-start="1055" data-end="1223">Support NPV calculations using agreement numbers, cohort years, Treasury rates, ICRAS grades, country default rates, unpaid installments, and other model assumptions.</li><li data-section-id="kd76r7" data-start="1224" data-end="1334">Gather, reconcile, and validate data supporting federal credit reform re-estimates and subsidy calculations.</li><li data-section-id="ej8m0q" data-start="1335" data-end="1465">Maintain historical loan performance data, including payments, prepayments, delinquencies, defaults, recoveries, and write-offs.</li><li data-section-id="1sr52zd" data-start="1466" data-end="1614">Document model assumptions, reconciliation results, corrective actions, and audit-ready workpapers supporting allowance and re-estimate processes.</li><li data-section-id="glm358" data-start="1615" data-end="1720">Analyze non-performing loan portfolios, reserve requirements, default trends, and write-off strategies.</li><li data-section-id="1nyb8l3" data-start="1721" data-end="1867">Assist with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for allowance models, cash flow modeling, and re-estimate processes.</li><li data-section-id="1x04k5r" data-start="1868" data-end="2031">Collaborate with accounting, financial reporting, and program stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance with federal financial management requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.</li><li data-section-id="12qbcgw" data-start="0" data-end="133">6+ years of experience supporting credit modeling, loan accounting, financial analysis, and complex financial data reconciliations.</li><li data-section-id="1douhe2" data-start="134" data-end="294">3+ years of experience preparing and reconciling financial models, cash flow analyses, and model inputs/outputs to source systems and general ledger balances.</li><li data-section-id="1lg7fkg" data-start="295" data-end="440" data-is-last-node="">3+ years of experience using advanced Excel to analyze complex datasets and prepare technical documentation, workpapers, and financial reports.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p><ul><li data-section-id="16k7wmx" data-start="2753" data-end="2888">Experience supporting federal credit reform, loan subsidy, allowance for loss, NPV calculations, re-estimates, or cash flow modeling.</li><li data-section-id="wjtm88" data-start="2889" data-end="3020">Experience working with OMB CSC2, credit subsidy models, ICRAS, Treasury rates, PL-480, GSM, CCC, or other federal loan programs.</li><li data-section-id="1dsiyga" data-start="3021" data-end="3177">Professional certification such as <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Certified Public Accountant (CPA)</span></span>, <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)</span></span>, or <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Financial Risk Manager (FRM)</span></span>.</li></ul><p><em>At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $115,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
