You will leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools to automate workflows, modernize legacy processes, and deliver scalable solutions that support enterprise initiatives. In this position, you will also:</p><ul data-start="466" data-end="1345"><li data-section-id="kez8au" data-start="466" data-end="606">Build and enhance applications, workflows, and reporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse</li><li data-section-id="303m0b" data-start="607" data-end="732">Translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions that streamline processes and improve decision-making</li><li data-section-id="si66d" data-start="733" data-end="840">Design, configure, and implement web-based applications and reporting tools to support enterprise needs</li><li data-section-id="9dta7i" data-start="841" data-end="980">Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer</li><li data-section-id="1botj3r" data-start="981" data-end="1111">Identify system dependencies, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement solutions to ensure reliability and performance</li><li data-section-id="7y01i0" data-start="1112" data-end="1233">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate level of effort, and prioritize enhancements</li><li data-section-id="1v3ychx" data-start="1234" data-end="1345">Support deployment activities and conduct post-deployment reviews to monitor performance and resolve issues</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li data-section-id="wvwvht" data-start="1370" data-end="1445">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.</li><li data-section-id="cx2cie" data-start="1446" data-end="1490">5+ years of experience in data or business analysis.</li><li data-section-id="6n5bqj" data-start="1491" data-end="1630">2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse).</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p><ul><li data-section-id="1glv1sm" data-start="1654" data-end="1718">Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools.</li><li data-section-id="fh87tw" data-start="1719" data-end="1821">Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.</li><li data-section-id="1im2n3u" data-start="1822" data-end="1953">Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency, performance optimization, and system reliability.</li><li data-section-id="1wsu4uc" data-start="1954" data-end="2023">Experience with system design, configuration, and implementation.</li><li data-section-id="1sz8y6e" data-start="2024" data-end="2082">Familiarity with SQL, Azure, or other cloud platforms.</li></ul><p><em>At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
