In this position, you will also:</p><ul data-start="367" data-end="1251"><li data-section-id="zdjo13" data-start="367" data-end="495">Support full lifecycle execution of the RMIC and Statement of Assurance (SoA) program across multiple Assessable Units (AUs)</li><li data-section-id="jhj1ue" data-start="496" data-end="608">Facilitate annual enterprise risk assessments across financial, operational, strategic, and compliance areas</li><li data-section-id="v887ge" data-start="609" data-end="694">Maintain and update RMIC implementing guidance and internal control documentation</li><li data-section-id="ilex9b" data-start="695" data-end="789">Identify material weaknesses and significant deficiencies, and validate corrective actions</li><li data-section-id="riaps" data-start="790" data-end="930">Support internal control testing (design and operating effectiveness), remediation efforts, and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) development</li><li data-section-id="4ytdlu" data-start="931" data-end="1027">Review SOC 1 reports and map Complementary User Entity Controls (CUECs) to internal controls</li><li data-section-id="1ymyjdx" data-start="1028" data-end="1134">Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting to communicate risk posture and control effectiveness</li><li data-section-id="yd7s99" data-start="1135" data-end="1251">Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement of internal control processes</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li data-section-id="wvwvht" data-start="1276" data-end="1351">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.</li><li data-section-id="nsbiae" data-start="1352" data-end="1406">3 years of DoD/DoW financial management experience.</li><li data-section-id="nsbiae" data-start="1352" data-end="1406">1 year of experience working with OMB A-123, FMFIA, FIAR, and federal internal controls.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p><ul><li data-section-id="ka985t" data-start="1500" data-end="1585">Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations.</li><li data-section-id="15t55h1" data-start="1586" data-end="1670">Experience developing Corrective Action Plans and validating remediation efforts.</li><li data-section-id="bgx63y" data-start="1671" data-end="1750">Familiarity with SOC reports and Complementary User Entity Controls (CUECs).</li><li data-section-id="aw79ve" data-start="1751" data-end="1819">Ability to develop dashboards and executive-level risk reporting.</li><li data-section-id="aw79ve" data-start="1751" data-end="1819">Experience with DHA RMIC, OUSD NFR/CAP Database, and Advana tools.</li><li data-section-id="aw79ve" data-start="1751" data-end="1819">Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics for trend identification.</li></ul><p><em>At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
