The Senior Analyst, Product Marketing will be responsible for creating compelling, data-driven content and strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of a leading data management platform. This role requires translating complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging for diverse audiences across higher education and technology sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, working closely with product, sales, research, and creative teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets. They will manage content calendars, produce thought leadership pieces, and ensure alignment with brand standards while leveraging analytics to inform decision-making. Strong writing, strategic thinking, and project management skills are essential, as is a passion for creating marketing solutions that impact student and institutional outcomes. Remote candidates must be located in the U.S., with occasional travel to Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA offices.
· Develop persona-driven marketing content across multiple channels, including blog posts, case studies, webinars, infographics, executive briefings, and sales collateral.
· Manage and maintain content calendars, aligning initiatives with strategic priorities and research insights.
· Translate product features into clear value propositions tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
· Apply SEO and content performance best practices to maximize visibility and engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, research, creative, and events—to ensure messaging consistency and support marketing campaigns.
· Propose and test innovative formats, channels, and strategies to enhance content impact.
· Review and update existing marketing collateral to reflect market trends, product updates, and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
· 3–4+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or research.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
· Skilled in creating both long-form and short-form content across multiple formats.
· Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives and collaborating with several teams simultaneously.
· Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other content creation tools.
· Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, creativity, and self-motivation.
· Willingness to travel periodically to Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA offices.
· Preferred: Master’s degree in marketing, business, data management, or higher education; knowledge of higher education data, analytics, and IT functions.
