We’re looking for someone to partner with the Marketing team to help make our data accessible and meaningful to the business. Examples of projects could be: re-defining how we calculate our LTV by collaborating with the business to align on definitions through the technical execution; deep diving biggest dropoff points in our site funnel; updating our Looker instance to incorporate more Braze data; running incrementality tests; or answering adhoc analytics questions from leadership.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>We're seeking a driven and insightful Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team and become a critical partner to our Marketing organization. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming marketing data into actionable insights, directly influencing our spending strategies, customer retention initiatives, and lifetime value optimization. You'll manage and execute analytics requests, empowering the marketing team with the data they need to make informed decisions and drive impactful results. If you're passionate about leveraging data to fuel marketing success and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with our MTA &amp; MMM data from our third party vendors and use the information to provide data-driven recommendations to our paid media team</li><li>Evaluate performance data at the channel and vendor level, proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing campaign performance, customer segmentation, and overall marketing effectiveness through data analysis</li><li>Own site funnel analytics to identify drop off points and areas of opportunity</li><li>Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data models and dashboards in Looker using LookML to provide clear and accessible insights.</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to define key metrics, build reports, and develop data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Setting up and analyzing A/B testing site growth experiments</li><li>Be able to analyze and validate lift test scoping &amp; results from 3rd party vendors as well as be able to run incrementality and geo lift tests on own when required</li><li>Works on and executes a wide range of analytics requests related to CRM performance, customer retention, and lifetime value analysis.</li><li>Communicate analytical findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations.</li><li>Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy and reliability of marketing data and reporting.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data visualization.</li></ul><p>We expect that all of our analysts and managers contribute code to the collective. We all write code and we all review code.</p><p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related area.</li><li>Experience (5+ years) in an analytics role, with some experience with marketing data (MTA, MMM, Braze, Amplitude, etc) specifically media analytics</li><li>Advanced knowledge in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.</li><li>Experience building dashboards and data models using Looker and LookML.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings clearly and concisely.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with data from marketing automation platforms such as Braze.</li><li>A strong understanding of CRM principles, customer segmentation, retention strategies, and lifetime value concepts.</li><li>Experience with Python or R</li><li>Experience analyzing data from product analytics platforms such as Amplitude.</li><li>Experience with other data visualization tools.</li></ul><p>We understand that not all candidates will meet all qualifications - please consider applying if you are interested in this work and are aligned to the role.</p><p>Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.&nbsp; This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.</p><p><strong>While we use AI to help streamline or automate our work, we ask that candidates do not use AI at any point during the hiring process (SQL screen, live coding exercise, etc.)</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. &nbsp;This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.</p></div><div class="title">US Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$160,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$175,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">At WeightWatchers, our mission is to build a worldwide community connected by healthy habits.
