R1 is seeking a skilled and analytical individual to join the Growth Analytics team within our growing Business Intelligence (BI) department as a Senior Analyst. This role will report directly to the Senior Director and focus on supporting the development and enhancement of our Commercial & Market Intelligence platform. The Senior Analyst will serve as a key contributor to the Commercial team and collaborate with departments such as Business Intelligence, Operations, FP&A, and Accounting. Leveraging analytical capabilities and subject matter expertise, the Senior Analyst will assist in delivering transparency, optimizing market segmentation, and enhancing growth predictability. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Strategic Support: Assist in collaborating with the Commercial team, supporting Commercial Operations by providing analytical insights on sales performance KPIs, portfolio strategies, market sizing, segmentation, and growth projections. 
  • Platform Support: Contribute to managing the development backlog of the Commercial & Market Intelligence platform, prioritizing initiatives aligned with R1’s strategic priorities. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue growth. 
  • Analytics & Insights: Conduct hands-on analytics and support enhancements to our market intelligence suite, driving analytical insights to define the go-to-market strategy. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist in developing new reporting and analytics content to increase transparency and insights on key Commercial initiatives. 
  • Predictive Analytics: Support the delivery of annual growth targets and maintain accurate forecasts. 
  • Sales Support: Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to ensure strategic alignment towards financial goals. 
  • Executive Support: Assist in preparing materials for monthly and quarterly Board of Director presentations. 
  • Communication: Clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, transforming functional requests into technical requirements for developers. 
  • Market Research: Conduct market research on the RCM healthcare industry, providing insights into competitor trends and market conditions. 
  • CRM Optimization: Recommend enhancements to CRM systems to streamline data models and enable quicker insights. 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytics-related role within a sales organization. 
  • Proficiency in Snowflake or T-SQL required. 
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. 
  • Advanced Excel data modeling skills. 
  • Preferred experience with Power BI. 
  • Experience gathering requirements, supporting development, & testing before deploying reports.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $58,240.00 - $95,429.25 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
