In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring our operations and products adhere to the complex web of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards that govern our business. You will play a vital part in protecting the company and our customers by supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our compliance programs. This position requires a proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented individual who can navigate ambiguity, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively across various business units, departments, and teams. This role is an opportunity to have a significant impact, working across the organization to embed a culture of compliance and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions to complex challenges.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong>: Serve as a key compliance partner to specific business units and corporate functions such as information security or human resources. Provide practical guidance and build strong relationships to foster a collaborative compliance culture. Partner with teams across the company to provide compliance guidance on new products, services, and business initiatives.</li><li><strong>Policy & Procedure Management:</strong> Assist in the development, drafting, and maintenance of compliance-related policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure they are up-to-date and effectively implemented.</li><li><strong>Training & Education:</strong> Develop and deliver engaging compliance training, including general awareness campaigns and targeted, role-based training for high-risk functions, to reinforce our commitment to integrity.</li><li><strong>Compliance Audits & Assessments</strong>: Support internal and external audits, surveys or customer questionnaires, conduct compliance risk assessments, and Compliance Risk Assessment, Monitoring & Auditing: Support in the compliance risk assessment process. Conduct independent compliance monitoring and auditing to validate the effectiveness of program controls and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Help manage remediation efforts to address any identified gaps or deficiencies.</li><li><strong>Compliance Incident Response:</strong> Support the compliance aspects of incident response activities, including investigation and documentation, as needed. More importantly, help drive a consistent framework for root cause analysis across the organization including partnering with business owners to ensure the development of meaningful corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans and will provide centralized oversight to track them to completion, ensuring that lessons learned are embedded back into our processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a compliance, internal audit, or risk role within the healthcare or technology industry.</li><li>Experience designing, implementing, or testing compliance controls and frameworks.</li><li>Experience with corporate compliance topics such as conflict of interest, policy governance, development of compliance monitoring and auditing, and compliance investigations. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><ul><li>Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.</li><li>A natural critical thinker who can navigate ambiguity, connect disparate pieces of information, and propose practical, effective solutions.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal and regulatory concepts into practical business advice.</li><li>Experience working in a high-growth, enterprise technology company.</li><li>Certification in a compliance-related field (e.g., CCEP, CHC, CIPP).</li></ul></li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-sheets-root="1">We are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
