We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions within a dynamic data platform environment. This role combines expertise in traditional AI/ML with hands-on experience in generative AI and LLM applications. You will collaborate closely with product and data teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI features, enhancing automation, insights, and user experiences. • Design, implement, and deploy production-ready AI/ML systems, including LLM-powered features, copilot assistants, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to translate requirements into AI-driven capabilities that enhance user-facing products.
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps best practices, including monitoring, evaluation, prompt versioning, and cost/performance optimization.
• Work closely with data engineers to build scalable pipelines for both structured and unstructured data, supporting traditional and generative AI solutions.
• Mentor and upskill team members on AI/ML development, LLMOps practices, and modern data workflows.
• Stay current with advances in AI, LLMs, and generative AI safety frameworks, evaluating their adoption potential for platform applications.

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in traditional AI/ML and 1+ year building LLM applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML) and LLM frameworks like LangChain.
• Strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps practices: CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, drift detection, and evaluation metrics.
• Knowledge of modern data engineering practices, including ETL/ELT, streaming, orchestration (Airflow/Temporal), dbt, and Kafka.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered features in production, including chatbots, agents, and RAG systems.
