Job Description

Purpose
Intelerad is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue to play a pivotal role in supporting revenue operations and driving growth. This position focuses on maintaining daily operations, delivering actionable insights, and optimizing processes. Reporting to the Revenue Controller, you will be a key contributor to the continued evolution of Intelerad’s revenue strategy. This role offers high visibility to executive leadership and a large impact on a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on revenue accounting, leading revenue modeling and journal entries.
  • Maintain revenue recognition and related schedules for various products and services, including SaaS solutions and professional services.
  • Manage the monthly contract setup and maintenance in the Revenue Recognition models and NetSuite, ensuring alignment across teams for accurate and timely results.
  • Provide monthly revenue reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales and pipeline data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, developing actionable insights to optimize revenue generation and the order-to-cash process.
  • Develop and maintain detailed pipeline models by territory and segmentation, enabling more precise planning and execution.
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within accounting operations.
  • Partner with Sales, Billing, Finance, Professional Services, Legal, and Business Systems teams to optimize revenue analysis process and support strategic initiatives with revenue insights.
  • Liaise with external auditors, presenting significant items and supporting documentation for interim and year-end audits.
  • Provide informal leadership and mentorship of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

Employment Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with expertise in analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • ASC 605 / 606 accountant standard expertise
  • Proven experience with accounting principles related to Software, SaaS, and Professional Services revenue recognition

Desired Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience managing and enhancing detailed sales models, handling large data sets, and utilizing complex formulas.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite with Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) & Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
  • Ability to generate insights from complex data sets and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills; ability to translate complex data sets into accurate presentations for members of executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of challenging assumptions and improving operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience in building cross-functional relationships.
  • Knowledge of consumption-based revenue models, including range pricing, step pricing, minimum & overage concepts, and multiple currency transactions, is a plus.
  • CPA strongly preferred
