We’re hiring a senior individual contributor to own a personal enterprise pipeline in the U.S. with a primary focus on New York. The ideal hire has deep, first-hand expertise in U.S. traditional finance (buy-side and sell-side), an active New York network, and the ability to bridge TradFi and crypto. You will run full-cycle sales—from prospecting and qualification to close and expansion—targeting large institutional accounts and high-impact crypto-native companies. You’ll also open new BD collaboration paths and steadily grow the ERR of your pipeline.
What you’ll do
– Build and continually expand a personal enterprise pipeline (new logos and expansion).
– Run 6+ month full-cycle deals: discovery, value narrative, financial justification, legal/compliance, close, post-sale expansion.
– Focus on U.S. TradFi and adjacent segments: custodians, asset managers/hedge funds, broker-dealers, prime brokers, banks/fintechs, family offices, exchanges, crypto-infra/DeFi.
– Leverage your NYC network to originate meetings, unlock executive access, and accelerate multi-threading to C-level.
– Initiate BD partnerships and co-selling motions that open new segments and channels.
– Own account metrics (ERR/ARR, TVL) and increase both client count and wallet share.
– Maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
– Partner with product and marketing on feedback loops, reference stories, and narratives.
– Represent the company at key U.S. industry events to feed the top of the funnel.
Who you are
– Senior IC who independently sources, runs, and closes complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
– Deep domain in U.S. TradFi (New York market in particular) and strong grasp of crypto (incl. staking) and fintech.
– Well-developed, relevant U.S. network—especially across NYC buy-side/sell-side decision makers—and you know how to turn that access into revenue.
Requirements
– 5+ years of successful sales in Ultra High Net B2B Enterprise / infrastructure / fintech / crypto.
– Proven track record with 6+ month cycles and closed deals with TVL $10M+ (or equivalent assets/volumes).
– Evidence of entering and scaling U.S. institutional accounts (custody, AMs/funds, broker-dealers, prime brokerage, exchanges, banks/fintech).
– Comfort engaging C-level, Risk/Legal/Compliance, and technical stakeholders; fluency in regulatory and security considerations (KYC/AML, assurance frameworks).
– Strong business-case selling (ROI/TCO, economic buyer alignment, deal control, champion/coach management).
– Partner/channel BD experience (co-selling, reference architectures).
– Process discipline in HubSpot (stages, hygiene, forecasting).
– U.S. work authorization. Fluent English.
Nice to have
– Hands-on exposure to staking/validation infra, institutional custody, and prime brokerage workflows.
– Access to LP/GPs and senior leaders (CIO/CPO/COO/Heads of Digital Assets) in NYC.
– Public case studies or references (subject to NDAs).
– Experience guiding complex integrations in regulated environments.
6–12 month expectations
– Qualified personal pipeline across priority TradFi and crypto-adjacent segments.
– Closed strategic deals meeting TVL targets and driving ERR growth.
– New logos in target verticals and meaningful expansion of existing accounts.
– Predictable forecast and strong pipeline hygiene.
Work setup
– Location: U.S. — New York, U.S. travel 25% and global travel as needed.
Compensation
– Competitive base and high commission (uncapped OTE).
