This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to lead growth initiatives within the equipment finance sector. You will play a key role in developing vendor partnerships and delivering tailored financing solutions that empower businesses to acquire essential equipment. Operating in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment, you’ll manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and structuring deals to closing and account expansion. The position combines strategic business development with hands-on deal execution, allowing you to directly impact revenue and client success. With a strong focus on the West Coast market, you’ll build long-term partnerships with manufacturers, dealers, and distributors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in consultative sales and enjoys creating value through financial solutions.


Accountabilities:
  • Drive business development efforts by originating and expanding vendor financing programs with equipment manufacturers, dealers, and distributors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, acting as a trusted advisor for financing solutions
  • Manage the full transaction lifecycle, from initial application through underwriting support to funding and post-sale follow-up
  • Structure and present customized financing options tailored to various types of equipment and customer needs
  • Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and deal structures to ensure competitive and profitable outcomes
  • Generate new business through outbound outreach, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate credit approvals, documentation, and timely funding of transactions
  • Monitor account performance, ensure high service levels, and identify opportunities for growth within existing portfolios

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in equipment finance, leasing, or a related financial services sales environment
  • Strong track record in originating vendor finance programs and developing strategic partnerships
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, structuring, negotiation, and closing
  • Solid understanding of credit processes, underwriting requirements, and financial product structuring
  • Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to focus on and support clients within the West Coast market
