This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive – Clean Energy in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and impact in the clean energy and manufacturing sector by managing strategic customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with innovative companies to understand their product development needs, manufacturing capabilities, and internal decision-making processes. You will identify opportunities across both prototyping and production programs, helping customers accelerate time to market while optimizing operations. This role requires a consultative sales approach, with significant face-to-face engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Success in this position means building long-term trust with customers, contributing to revenue growth, and championing solutions that enable global scalability. The role involves travel to client sites and industry events, offering dynamic and hands-on engagement in a fast-paced environment.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key customer contacts at all levels, from engineers to executives.
  • Understand customer product roadmaps, business priorities, and manufacturing requirements to design optimal solutions.
  • Lead consultative, solution-based sales processes to expand business within target accounts.
  • Organize and deliver sales presentations, technical demonstrations, and on-site meetings including business reviews and tech days.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute complex deals and ensure customer success.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting using Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in the Clean Energy, manufacturing, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and developing strategic accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of product development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience building relationships across multiple organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and spend significant time with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
