This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive in the United States.

This role offers the chance to drive transformative impact within the food distribution ecosystem. The Senior Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals, helping distributors adopt innovative AI solutions that improve efficiency and reduce waste. You will work closely with a team of SDRs, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers to expand market presence and drive digital transformation. Success in this position requires a consultative approach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on meaningful impact across the food industry, with opportunities to shape processes and strategies that drive sustainable growth. Travel requirements range from 10–20%, providing flexibility while maintaining client engagement.


Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing contracts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers, creating excitement and clear value from the first interaction.
  • Introduce innovative AI solutions to food service distributors, demonstrating impact on operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Generate and manage a high-potential sales pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop long-term partnerships based on trust and shared success, influencing strategy and fostering account growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SDRs, regional sales operations, and leadership, to accelerate deal progression.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, sales processes, and team performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS or the food distribution industry.
  • Track record of independently prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with consistency.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging both executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, humble, and team-oriented, with strong ownership and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence deal strategy, share best practices, and scale negotiation frameworks.
  • Passionate about driving innovation and contributing to a sustainable food ecosystem.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, supporting teammates to meet and exceed targets.
