What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including consulting with new and prospective clients to leverage our available products and services to alleviate their business data challenges.
You will also:
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Actively seek and identify new and prospective clients.
- Represent Kinsmen Group with the highest of ethics and professionalism and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Create compelling business use cases and vision for clients.
- Research and conduct competitive analysis.
- Seize networking opportunities by attending workshops or relevant conferences.
- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our product offering.
Qualifications
Required:

- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to understand and explain expected customer benefits from investing in our types of solutions.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- High proficiency with mainstream tools and technology – Microsoft Suite, CRM/Sales Automation/Prospecting Tools, Project Management Applications, social media, etc.
- Has a deep understanding of the sales process and can offer compelling sales management perspectives.
- Meets the Caliper test criteria for business development.
Preferred:
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering, operations and maintenance information needed to safely operate a plant or facility.
- Experience working with or delivering complex software products and solutions.
- Has experience selling or using industry 4.0 tools like ai and machine learning.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy, utilities, or pharmaceuticals industries working with plant or facility data.
- Vendor side experience representing complex industry-specific solutions to one or more of our target industries.
- Experience participating in opportunity progression activities, such as assessments, discovery, walkthroughs, ROI (return on investment) studies, whiteboarding solutions, etc.
- Experience working on the development of SOWs (Statement of Work), complex proposals, or similar customer-facing deliverables critical to progressing and closing services engagements.
